The challenge
The contract was won on the strength of a senior delivery model, but the roles had to be filled against a fixed client kick-off date. A conventional hiring cycle would have taken months, and a junior-heavy supplier would have put the programme and the client relationship at risk.
What we did
- Ran a scoping session to map the programme into distinct senior roles rather than a generic resource request.
- Put forward short, relevant shortlists within 48 hours of each role being defined.
- Supported two interview rounds per role with the NeuraMach.AI team, with same-day feedback.
- Handled contracting and onboarding in parallel so consultants were productive from week one.
