From gap to great hire in days
A lightweight process designed to get senior talent working with you fast — with timelines we will actually commit to.
Vetted before you ever see a CV
“Pre-vetted” should mean something specific. Here is exactly what happens, and how long each step realistically takes.
- 1Before you ask
Pre-vetted network
Every consultant is screened before they enter our bench — CV and background review, a technical screen against their claimed specialism, and a conversation about real delivery history. Nobody reaches your shortlist unvetted.
- 2Day 0
Role intake
A 20-minute call to pin down scope, seniority, stack, engagement shape and budget band, so we filter against your actual context — not a job title.
- 3Within 48 hours
Shortlist
We send a small, relevant shortlist from the warm network — typically three profiles, with notes on why each fits. No CV floods.
- 4Day 3 – Day 7
Two interview rounds with you
You run two rounds: a technical or domain deep-dive, then a fit and ways-of-working conversation. We coordinate scheduling and turn feedback around same-day.
- 5Day 8 – Day 10
Offer & onboarding
We roll out the offer, handle contracting and compliance, and agree the start date. Contractors typically start within days; permanent hires follow their notice period.
Timelines assume prompt interview scheduling on your side. Contractors typically start within days of offer; permanent hires follow their notice period.
How pricing works
We don't publish a rate card, because a single number would be misleading. Here is how we actually quote.
Priced to the skill set
Rates depend on the specialism, seniority and how scarce the skill is. A fractional CTO, a governance lead and a senior data engineer are three different markets — so we quote each role individually rather than publishing a headline number.
Priced to the engagement
Fractional days per month, an embedded consultant, or a fixed-scope project each price differently. We'll recommend the shape that gets you the outcome for the least spend.
Transparent before you commit
You get a clear rate or fee in writing after the intake call, before any interviews are scheduled. No placement fee is due until someone actually starts.
Tell us the role and we'll come back with a realistic rate band — usually on the same call.
Ready to start?
A 20-minute call is all we need to tell you whether we can fill the role, how fast, and roughly what it costs.
